FY2026 lists 298 NSA destinations across 48 of 51 state/territory hubs in our CONUS file. Locations not in an NSA use standard CONUS lodging $110 and M&IE $68.

Hubs with zero NSA destinations in this corpus (standard CONUS only): AK, HI, ND.

Methodology

  • What we counted: every NSA destination in perdiem.json for FY2026; YoY deltas from yoy-fy2025.json; monthly lodging extrema per destination.
  • How: GSA Per Diem API ingest → validate → bake → build-yoy.mjs join; landscape aggregates via computeLandscape.
  • Window: federal FY2026 (2025-10-01 → 2026-09-30); YoY vs FY2025 lodging file retrieved per YOY_CITATION.md.
  • Limits: Unofficial republication of public GSA figures. OCONUS and agency-specific deviations are out of scope. Flat YoY is an observation about this corpus join — not a prediction for FY2027.
