Methodology

Rates come from the GSA Per Diem API (api.gsa.gov/travel/perdiem/v2) for FY2026 CONUS non-standard areas. Standard CONUS fallback is $110 lodging / $68 M&IE (FTR Bulletin 26-01). The DC/NY/TX hand fixture remains in-repo for ground-truth diffs only.

• Non-standard areas (NSAs) are listed with seasonal lodging + M&IE tier.
• Counties not listed fall back to standard CONUS ($110 / $68).
• First/last travel day M&IE = 75% of the daily tier.
• Refresh cadence (planned): annual Oct 1 GSA FY cutover + spot checks.
